Release fear, anxiety, an issue...:

Go to your computer, if you have one, (if you don’t write on a piece of paper) and in a document, type/write your thoughts on your issue, your anxiety, a failed relationship or fear, etc.  Go into great detail about how you feel, what will be the worst scenario if your fears were to come to pass or your “issue” was at it’s worst. Get it “all out” so there is nothing left of that anxiety, fear or issue which you haven’t expressed and felt.
If you are on a computer, save the document and give it a name, for instance, “fear of flying” or “Patricia”. If you are writing, write that on the top of the paper. Then delete it by sending it to the “Recycle Bin’.  Go to the “Recycle Bin” and click on “Empty Recycle Bin”.
If you have written this on paper, place the paper in a place where you can safely burn it, and burn it, seeing the smoke go up and dissipate. Feel the release and relief as all those feelings and thoughts have been “deleted” and released onto nothingness. If there are any residue feelings or fears, feel free to do it again.  Feel the love and calm that has taken the place of that “issue” or anxiety.
