This ritual has evolved out of varioius programs for people with cancer held
in Bundanoon, Australia.


Each day sit down and bring your awareness wholeheartedly into the present moment.
Do this by allowing your eyes to close over lightly, take some long slow deep breaths and feel your body soften and relax with each outward breath.
Be aware of your weight and posture, the pressure of the chair, the floor, your clothing against your skin, the touch of the air against your cheeks and hands and all the sounds within and outside the room.
Then visualise that you're sitting under one end of a rainbow. Imagine all the iridescent colours that surround and envelop you and take a moment to breathe in your favorite colours.
Then extend the other end of the rainbow out through the ceiling to all those living with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses around the world.
Visualise them bathed in the light and colour of the rainbow, filled with its hope, peace and contentment, connected by a bridge of love. Extend your love and blessings across the rainbow to all in need.
Feel the peace and blessing of this ritual.

Another Prayer for Recovery From Cancer

I affirm for myself (give your name) that
If there is any negativity, frustration, anger or hurt that is consuming me consciously or unconsciously which I have allowed to take root within me, I now obliterate, erase and expunge it from my memory
Knowing that it has no power whatsoever over and within me.
I nullify its existence.
The past is washed completely away and my total cleansing takes place
I renew myself moment by moment and see myself as this Joyful happy person, the one I really am.

This vision of myself is not forced but achieved by my calm acceptance
Believing and knowing that my healing is now bringing about a healthy and prosperous person
I now take action

Healing is NOW
I acknowledge it as Complete action
Through me
It is NOW

Recovery From Ulcers

The acidity of my thoughts no longer holds me in bondage to life
God forever directs and guides me
So that peace and harmony permeate my entire body
Anxiety vanishes as I realize that GOD is never anxious
Therefore I place myself within the Infinite Mind
Which knows all things

Heart Disease

My heart is a perfect idea in Divine Mind and is now in it’s right place, doing its right work. It is happy heart, a fearless heart and a loving heart. The light of the Universe/All there Is streams through every cell and I give thanks for my radiant health.

Ears/Hearing

My ears are the ears of Spirit/All that Is. The Light of the Universe now streams through my ears dissolving all hardness or malformation.
I hear clearly the voice of intuition and give instant obedience.
I hear clearly glad tiding of great joy.

The Light of Universe/All there Is now floods my consciousness dissolving all acid thoughts.

False Growths

Every plant that Universe/All that is has not planted shall be rooted up. All false ideas in my consciousness are not obliterated. The Light of All there Is/Universe streams through every cell and I give thanks for my radiant health and happiness now and forevermore.
